Your new project starts now
Your new kitchen or bathroom starts at Oxford Stone & Marble. Whether you are having a brand new kitchen or bathroom installed or just having a revamp of your existing, we will help guide you through each stage from planning to completion.
Stage 1
Once you have the layout / plans for the room we will help you find the right material, colour and design to suit your project. All estimates are free of charge and will include all the relevant costs, so there is nothing hidden.
Once you have reached your decision on the material and design, we can then discuss timeframes.
Stage 2
Once we have received confirmation that you wish to proceed, we would require a 50% deposit and we can then book you in for templating.
We will then explain what is required for us to template, if easier we can speak to your builder/kitchen fitter. When we are on site taking the templates, we will talk over the finer details – such as corner radius, overhangs & edge details. To ensure the job will be exactly as you want. If we are only offering a supply only service, we would need accurate drawings or rigid templates to cut from.
Stage 3
While we are fabricating your project, we will contact you and agree on an install date. This will be approx 10-14 days from templating. The final balance is not due until everything is fitted, and you are happy!
We would recommend that you arrange for the others trades to arrive on the following day – to allow for the worktops to settle and the sealants/glues to cure.
Our experienced fitting team will advise you on the day to day care required, to keep everything looking like new. For supply only customers, we will advise when job is ready for collection. Any other questions or queries you may have, we are always happy to help.
